Early-access beta
Terms
Plain-English summary of how the service is intended to be used while we are in controlled early-access beta.
What this is
TradeAssist AI is an AI assistant for UK trades businesses. It helps you manage enquiries, qualify leads, suggest bookings, send reminders, and reduce missed opportunities. It is operated in controlled early-access beta: a small cohort of businesses are onboarded at a time, and we work closely with each one during setup.
How it is meant to be used
TradeAssist AI is an assistant. It produces suggestions — drafted replies, suggested booking times, lead-qualification prompts, follow-up reminders — for a human to review and act on.
- Every customer-facing reply waits for your review. Nothing is sent to a customer autonomously.
- Booking suggestions are advisory. A pencilled slot is not a reservation until you confirm it with the customer.
- Businesses remain responsible for reviewing important bookings, communications, and customer commitments before they happen.
Beta posture
During early-access beta, features may evolve based on operator feedback. We aim to give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect how you use the service, and we will not silently remove functionality you depend on without conversation.
Your account
You are responsible for the credentials used to access TradeAssist AI and for keeping the configuration (working hours, tone, pricing ranges, contact channels) accurate. Misconfiguration can cause the assistant to produce suggestions that do not reflect your business.
Data & privacy
See the privacy & data-handling page for what we store, where data is sent, and what we explicitly do not do with it. Both pages are part of the same operating commitment.
No commitments we cannot keep
TradeAssist AI does not guarantee customer outcomes (jobs won, reply speed, booking conversion). It is a tool that makes the enquiry-to-booking pipeline easier to operate. The value it produces depends on how it is configured and how your business uses it.
Contact
Questions about these terms, the beta programme, or how the service is intended to be used should go through the support address listed in the site footer. We read every message; during early-access beta a real person responds.
This page is a plain-English operating statement. A full commercial terms-of-service document will replace it before we exit early-access beta, and you will be notified before any change of substance takes effect.
