What to include in your first email
A short note about your trade and the part of the day that costs you jobs (missed calls, slow replies, forgotten follow-ups). That is the fastest way for us to suggest whether early access fits.
Data and account requests
Specific data requests (export, deletion, exclusion from internal AI evaluation) are covered on the privacy & data-handling page. Send them to the same address.
TradeAssist AI does not currently publish a postal address or phone number. Email is the supported contact channel during early-access beta.
